Shop privacy.

What we use
We collect your selected print, name, email, delivery address, payment reference and order status to calculate delivery, take payment, fulfil your order, provide updates and handle support or returns. We keep a private order record, including an order created when you continue to payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Who helps us
We share the information needed for each service with Stripe for payment, Printful and its delivery partners for shipping and fulfilment, Loops for order emails, and our hosting providers Netlify and Hetzner for operating the shop and storing order records. These providers may process information outside your country using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Why we keep it
Processing your purchase and delivery information is necessary for our contract with you. We also retain records to meet accounting and tax obligations and to address disputes or fraud. We keep information for as long as these purposes require, then delete or anonymise it. Order information is not added to a marketing mailing list.
Your order link and cookies
A necessary secure cookie lets this browser access your order receipt. Order emails may contain a private link to order details and tracking; anyone you share that link with can view those details. We do not use that cookie for advertising.
Shop analytics
We use our self-hosted PostHog analytics to understand poster visits, chosen options, delivery errors and completed purchases. A browser identifier links these steps and helps us measure the calculator promotion and launch email. Analytics includes product choices, country and order amounts, but not your name, email, street address or card details. We disable session recording on the shop and checkout, and do not load analytics on your private order receipt.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or to restrict or object to processing where those rights apply. Some order records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. You can complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
