These terms cover our circuit prints and frames. Your size, colour, finish, delivery charge and total are shown before payment. Print measurements refer to the paper; frames add to the outside dimensions. Room images are illustrations of the artwork and frame, and colours can vary between screens and printed paper.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in British pounds. Any tax we collect is included in the total shown before payment. International orders may incur import duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees on arrival, which are not included in our checkout total and are payable by the recipient.
Shipping and delivery
Printful prints and ships orders for us. Delivery options depend on your selected product and address. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Contact us if your order has not arrived by its estimated date.
We’ll send confirmation after payment and an update when your print ships. Your order page will show available tracking. Please check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production starts. We’ll explain any additional delivery cost before you agree to a replacement shipment.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints
Email us with your order reference and, where possible, photos of the print and packaging. Please report a problem as soon as you can, ideally within 30 days of delivery, so we can raise it with our print partner. For a lost parcel, contact us promptly after the estimated delivery date. These requests do not limit your statutory rights or impose a 30-day deadline on those rights.
We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You won’t pay return costs for a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the right instructions; a return is often unnecessary for a damaged print.
Changing your mind
UK and EEA consumers can cancel an order for our standard catalogue prints without giving a reason, from the time of purchase until 14 days after delivery. Selecting a standard size, colour or frame does not remove this right. Tell us you wish to cancel at hello@racemate.io, including your order reference, and return the goods within 14 days of telling us.
You pay the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order. We’ll provide the return address; please don’t send an unarranged return to Printful. Keep the print protected during return shipping. You may inspect it as you would in a shop, but we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
We’ll refund the item and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Any upgrade to a more expensive delivery service is not refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Customers elsewhere retain any cancellation and consumer rights provided by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Payment and order problems
Stripe processes your payment. A successful payment confirms we have received your order; we’ll contact you if there is a stock or fulfilment problem and offer a suitable resolution or refund if we cannot supply your order. Contact us using your order reference for any complaint or refund request.
