By accessing and using RaceMate ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

RaceMate is a mobile application and web service that provides real-time Formula 1 championship standings, race information, and related motorsport content. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by optional premium features.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RaceMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

Formula 1 Data

Formula 1 race data, driver information, and championship standings are provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all information. Official results should always be verified with Formula 1 or the FIA.

Disclaimers

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RaceMate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
