RaceMate ("the Service") is operated by Erised Development Ltd. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Erised Development Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RaceMate, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
RaceMate is a mobile application and web service that provides real-time Formula 1 championship standings, race information, and related motorsport content. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by optional premium features.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RaceMate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Erised Development Ltd, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Erised Development Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subscriptions
RaceMate Pro is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features in the RaceMate mobile app. Monthly and yearly plans are offered, and the yearly plan begins with a one week free trial for new subscribers. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm any purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are sold by Apple and are governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which you can read here: Apple Standard EULA. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account or Google Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by Erised Development Ltd.
Formula 1 Data
Formula 1 race data, driver information, and championship standings are provided for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all information. Official results should always be verified with Formula 1 or the FIA.

Disclaimers
The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erised Development Ltd:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service and its contents
- Does not warrant that the Service will be constantly available, or available at all
- Makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of F1 data or race information
Limitation of Liability
Erised Development Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Erised Development Ltd operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
